Cats improved visual effects.

I feel like this is a redo of the 50 shades of gray theory. still a great theory Matt. Just because it has Taylor Swift in it doesnt mean its gonna make it. Cats for sale. I swear if the girls name was Mari. Cats co. The reviews of this film are rubbish. If you like musical theatre you will love this movie. The visuals are arresting the music is great and my kids 11 and 9 loved it as much as did. Better than Star Wars 9 if you have the choice.

The title of my review sums up my feelings for this movie.
I went into this movie fully understanding and accepting that I was going to watch an off-the-wall film about a cult of cats; and I suppose that helped a bit. I have always had a fascination with cultism. The idea of willingly subjecting and surrendering oneself to rituals, acts or processes that inevitably mean harm to oneself; seems like psychology worth unpacking. Unfortunately, I am neither interested or qualified to unpack it, but rather still intrigued with the process.
There was a similar chatter about the movie "Mother. which I went into with the same expectations. This movie, cats, is simply a movie documenting a cult of cats, who thrive in their cult ways for a year and on a night, execute a necessary sacrifice to keep up motivation. Members of the cult are initiated and promised "better lives" if they follow the cult rules with a sense of want, complete loyalty and enthusiasm i.e they kill one of their own, because then how would they maintain their status as a revered cult?
Knowing all this, the movie worked, for me. There was a strangeness even to the music (I have never seen or heard the original broadway musical) and in the middle of it all, a burst of genius musicality! Which I presume was the intention for the entire movie, but unfortunately, only exists with this one sequence. I"m taking about the the sequence with the railway cat. The sequence finally takes us out of the dark alley, with a sense of glee and wonder, with this cat that thinks a bit too much of himself.
Most, if not all of the technical criticisms of this movie are true and I can"t deny or defend that. This movie for me, presented another angle of the cult documentary (from an animal/cat perspective. Animals can be sick in the head too! This movie has a fan in me! Unfortunately though, I"m not sure I count for much.

The Cats director also tried hard to convince Korean people to watch his movie. He even served food in the theater. And Korean people all agreed that this movie was a disaster. I quote some of the Korean reviews: This movie made me cry. It made me yawn too much. Thanks to Cats, my relationship could"ve really ended on Christmas day. This movie is for my life. The aftermath of Cats does never end. I"ve never amazed by anything this much. I can produce something better than this. There are only three places in this movie. They think this is a musical, but it"s not. I lost my words.

This is so visually beautiful compared to the monstrosity playing in cinema. Cats cradle. Cats movie review. Cats being cute. Create your own movie list. Cats does countdown. Cats speaking. Cats name list. Cats and cosplay. So she basically wanted to die while singing. Relatable. Cats trailer. Cats taylor swift scene. DD chirping at Claire in an effort to communicate, CoCo biting her shirt and TT licking Claire"s hand made me go aww. But these type of pet pranks barely work because animals have a true death/sickness sense and can differentiate lol.
